Tricky games

Welcome to the season finale of 'living in the UK'. A show pact full of nail biting stand offs, gut-wrenching plot twists and jaw-dropping suspense. As the events of this week unfold, many of the cast members are now faced with their biggest threat yet. Starvation or hypothermia. With the NHS on it's last legs, death can only be certain. Sadly, 'Winter is indeed coming'.

We all watch and wonder: How will it end? Who will win? And, more importantly, who will lose? Because, to quote Games of Thrones, 'there is no middle ground.'

Despite the brutality depicted throughout the famous fantasy series, I have a better chance throwing a tea party for White Walkers and dragons, than I do surviving in Tory Britain.

Tory politicians continue to play God, seemingly content to roll the dice with people's lives, wagering wealth above health. In Tory Britain no one is safe.

Centre stage this week, is the one and only, tax dodging, US green card carrying, hoodie wearing, tin man and Chancellor of the Exchequer; Rishi Sunak.

To be tender, to be gentle and oh so sentimental, 'if he only had a heart'.

Sunak, looking like a clay model of evil in disguise, lives in a parallel universe to you and me, one without cash cards and heating bills. Cause who needs heating when you can jump on a plane to your home in Santa Monica. I mean, come on people, if you're cold it's your own fault really, for not taking the initiative to not be poor.

Even his wife, Akshata Murty has taken the good common sense to opt out of paying her fair share of tax. Simple choices really. It's about money management at the end of the day. Only cost 30k to register as a 'non-dom'. Not sure why people are so upset about it.

To be clear, non domiciled for tax purposes means that the UK is not your main residence. The case for 1 in 5 bankers it would seem. Obviously, Akshata Murty intends to reside elsewhere, despite having 3 homes here, sending her children to school here, and... er... living at number 11 Downing Street!!!!

Rishi Sunak, who is in fact in charge of the rules for ‘non-doms’ (no conflict of interest there) was himself afforded a US green card, proof he was a permanent resident of the US while working as a British MP. (Makes sense). Despite putting taxes up and cutting benefits he has been 'listed as a beneficiary of tax haven trusts'.

Tut. Tut. Tut. Not so Dishi Rishi anymore.

It's a wonder whom, if anyone, has leaked this all this 'new' information and why it's coming out now. Has someone played their hand? What move will be made next? And what are we being 'distracted' from?

Cause, don't forget, this is all just one big game for them.
