Sunak and the Shameful Spring Statement
Today Rishi Sunak announced measures to supposedly support those dealing with the cost of living crisis. It was pitiful.
We tie hands
The Policing Bill, the Elections Bill and the Borders Bill all threaten democracy and are the biggest attack of civil rights in recent memory. Without sufficient voter ID you will not be allowed to vote for change. You will not be allowed to protest 'too loudly' and could face arrest for using the same tactics the suffragettes used. Lastly, if you have duel nationality you could have your citizenship stripped away without notice.
BYE-BYE BORIS
Boris has lied time and time again, he is losing control (if he had any to begin with) and it's time for him to go.
Lying with a grin
The Prime Minister and his mates appear to have had a right jolly up at number 10 last Christmas. While the rest of the country was in lockdown… but at this point, is anyone actually surprised?
Things we could all do without:
My reaction to Andrew Rosindell MP saying that ‘there are people that quite like getting the extra £20, but maybe they don’t need it’
Hunger strike
A poem written in admiration of Richard Ratcliffe who, at the time of this post, is on Day 18 of his hunger strike to bring his wife home.
Corruption
The Tories do not care, if they break the rules they will simply change the rules…
Oh, what a kindness.
My response to the outrage of having to kill hundreds of pigs that won’t be eaten because got to fat for retail.
